I contacted Andy Weinstein because I am starting a new small business and needed a lawyer to handle reviewing the lease. When we received the lease from the landlord, it turned out to not match any of the terms we had negotiated ahead of time. Andy went through it and rewrote the lease and an adden...dum to reflect all the terms we had originally agreed to, and additional changes we needed made based on new knowledge we gained about the property.
