Lie straight to my husband about a plea deal that was spoken by the attorney. He was not to go over nine months but the day before he calls and tells my husband will either go to Mexico or show up for court and then once my husband proceeded to go to jail for something he didn’t even do considering t...he fact that he was going to try on there hurry up and drop it would tell you something there. I took full ownership of what I did. I don’t understand why he couldn’t have helped my husband like he said he was gonna do this guy is not about a drunk. I’ve seen him drink a bottle while we’re going into court this . I took full ownership of what I did. He was my court appointed lawyer very unorganized and he called me belligerent because I asked him a question about my case. I never received any information about anything and he spoke with the prosecutors more than me. His persona and preparation is completely terrible and I would not recommend if ...possible DROP HIM ASAP. This isn’t biased this is a Legitimate overall experience that was terrible.

Andrew Moxie became my court appointed lawyer in May 2018 after I received two serious felony charges. The Prosecutor was not making any deals to reduce the charges to misdemeanors so these could effect my life forever in numerous ways. Anyway Andy Moxie Was able to get me on a probation program that... when completed the charges will be 100% dismissed. He got me the shortest program time with only once a month reporting which is rare for my type of charges. Whenever I called him I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for him to return my call. He explained everything in detail, told me what I needed to do to get the outcome that I desired.He really went above and beyond when he drove out of his way to pick me up at my home and take me to and from court on two separate important court dates when I was unable to find or afford transportation and that sure beats a Bench Warrant. I highly recommend Attorney Andrew Moxie to anyone who finds their self in the wrong place at the wrong time if you know what I mean. He gets an AAA+++ in my book !!!

Mr. Andrew Moxie was my lawyer in a criminal case and he did not fight for me at all. He advised me to take a guilty plea when I was innocent. He had no regard for me, my future, or my life. I have a felony on my record now because of his poor advice and lack of concern and I am unable to find a job.... He has help to ruin my life.
