Lie straight to my husband about a plea deal that was spoken by the attorney. He was not to go over nine months but the day before he calls and tells my husband will either go to Mexico or show up for court and then once my husband proceeded to go to jail for something he didn’t even do considering t...he fact that he was going to try on there hurry up and drop it would tell you something there. I took full ownership of what I did. I don’t understand why he couldn’t have helped my husband like he said he was gonna do this guy is not about a drunk. Mr. Andrew Moxie was my lawyer in a criminal case and he did not fight for me at all. He advised me to take a guilty plea when I was innocent. He had no regard for me, my future, or my life. I have a felony on my record now because of his poor advice and lack of concern and I am unable to find a job.... He has help to ruin my life.
