In addition to his law degree, Mr. Hoek also holds a LL.M (legal masters) in land use and environmental law. Mr. Hoek focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate law including, but not limited to: commercial and residential transactions and closings, development, real estate finance, community association law, environmental and land use law, landlord tenant law, and loan workouts including foreclosures and short sales. Mr. Hoek is also a licensed Florida title insurance agent and licensed Florida real estate broker.
