Good experience

Andrew is a knowledgeable immigration lawyer who helped me to successfully obtain my TN Visa. He did a good job preparing my application, I just had to carefully review the forms because some of them contained typos or small mistakes. I think he should put more attention to this. He delivered the ...documents timely, but I feel that he could improve his efforts towards calling you and being on top of the process instead of being the client the one calling him all the time. In the end, the customer is paying a representative amount of money and should be better taken care of.

When emails sent were followed up with phone calls in the same day there was no chance to respond to inquiries that were made. Responses to such inquiries were made timely when actually given the chance to respond that same day. Small mistakes came from information provided in putting the case together.
