Highly recommend

I needed a legal perspective on a contract regarding a lease to purchase agreement. Andrew took on the task of reviewing the contract, then met with me to discuss the pros and cons of the contract. Additionally he supplied me with language to include in the contract to better protect myself in certai...n situations.

Efficient and detail oriented

Andrew Cosslett has handled several real estate related cases for me.
