I must start out by stressing how very difficult my case was Andrew WAS CONFIDENT from the beginning extremely honest with me about my situation, UCCJEA bicoastal PA vs CA my child is ONLY 3 yrs old Andrew is an AMAZING TRIAL LAWYER!! Andrew is extremely knowledgeable in areas of divorce child custody! I had an attorney in California who was working on my case unfortunately one week before trial I was told I need an attorney in PA I read about the LaMonaca Law Firm online and was extremely impressed contacted their office I will tell you I was nervous Andrew put me at ease. Andrew represented me and we WON our case with less than 7days to go to trial on a case that had been sitting in the courts in Pennsylvania for 2.5 years and Andrew knowing nothing about my case previously Andrew is in Delaware County my case was in Berks County not only did I have a bicoastal case I had an out-of-county case so Andrew will represent you in a different County and because my case was so difficult I DID NOT want to hire an attorney in Berks County! WE were in trial with a very DIFFICULT AND EXPERIENCED attorney on the opposing side who was highly aggressive he was he pounded me on the stand for 3 hours Andrew objected quite a bit to this line of questioning however all cards are on the table during a trial like this and the judge allowed this Relentless questioning I was petrified, extremely nervous however the opposing council's Behavior demeanor aggressiveness DID NOT DETER Andrew one bit, he was so prepared and ready for this tyrant ANDREW came back full force protected me fought for us. Andrew telephoned me during the trial when in recess as I was not present in this hearing because I live 3000 miles away which is almost impossible to get a judge to agree to! NOT even have me present during this trial and have a telephone conference in such a case as this but Andrew conquered this as well!! When I telephoned Andrew with questions he took my calls he was active in emails and in communication. Andrew is extremely thorough and confident trust that he can get the job done! Andrew worked extremely hard on my case please do not hesitate in hiring Andrew just because he is a Young attorney I had 3 previous attorneys Andrew worked and presented my case in trial before the judge as if he had been practicing law for 30 years.
