TERRIBLE DO NOT USE

Was paid in full for a custody case only to go MIA. Shut the doors at his firm in Fayetteville with no notice given to me. Now he won't return phone calls or messages. Have contacted the state bar. At this point I am not sure how he even has his license to practice law.

Worst Attorney

Very very very bad experience. This is not the Attorney you want representing you in a court of law. I fired him due to very limited communication and lack of confidence. He still has not submitted his withdrawal letter as requested and directed by a Judge on October 3, 2024 till now and has trans...ferred to Pender county NC to continue his ways. I am engaged with the NC Bar association with a formal complaint against Andre N. Hogan.

unfinished bussness

I hired attorney Andre N Hogan who at the time was representing the firm Hogan Edwards and blue I paid this attorney in full for divorce well three years later I am not divorced the attorney took my money did not handle my case will not return my calls fumbled every step of the way every single proce...ss this attorney fumbled in my opinion has handled my case like a miserable failure the last communication I had with this attorney was that he was becoming a County Attorney for the county of Pender and could no longer handle my case I just received word from the courthouse that my divorce case was cancelled in 2023 here it is now 2025 I'm still not divorced and this guy is doing whatever he likes because he has no integrity. I would strongly recommend and urge anyone seeking legal assistance to stay clear of this gentleman, And make sure that any attorney that you do decide to go with you vet properly.

The worse of the worse

The immigration services provided by this office are the worst, they have a Paralegal named Nayubell Guevara doing immigration cases who is clueless about what she is doing. On several occasions she gave us the wrong information or instructions. She told us that the case was denied and we had to find... another attorney to file an appeal because she doesn’t do those. Come to find out that the case was not denied and after two years of doing most everything ourselves after she told us the case was denied, a visa was finally issued. There was someone who was doing the case in the beginning named Terry Spearman who had to leave before it was turned over to Nayubell, he was doing a great job, but it was her who was clueless as to what she was doing, and Hogan, Edwards, and Blue seem not concerned. We were led to think she was an attorney and they never took or returned any calls. So, you will be better off spending your hard-earned money somewhere else.

Do not use this attorney or firm.

They will collect your money and that's it! They will hold hands with the opposing counsel while asking you what should he do? He is not very familiar with the total process of divorce and custody. You can do a. better job representing yourself. Don't waste your money bc they will continuously ask... for while not working for a dime. Only call them if you have money to throw away and literally only want to represent yourself with the FACE of a lawyer and that's it.
