Personal Injury
I was involved in a complicated car accident that left me with a severely hurt shoulder. Members of my family have hired Lawyers for personal injuries before and experiences have been mixed. I found Mr. Vidunas here, and from day one his staff was wonderful everyone made me feel warm. They listened to me and understood my problem; which frankly was a complicated insurance mess because it involved several cars, multiple accidents and two police reports.

Attorney Kevin Vidunas was wonderful! He clearly explained how he would tackle my issue, had me check over each document before sending or filing it, and got the outcome I was wanting but could not get from negotiating with the corporation myself! Excellent service!!!
On November 30th, 2016, I was rear-ended by another vehicle, and that resulted in injuries to my back and neck. I contacted Attorney Vidunas and asked him to represent me in this case, and that was the best decision I ever made! I met with him to discuss this matter, and I was delighted with his professionalism and genuine interest! Mr. Vidunas is very knowledgeable in civil cases, he is very polite, understanding, and explained in details how we would proceed. While I was going through medical treatment, he demonstrated a genuine interest in my well-being by regularly calling me. After the treatment was completed and it was time to contact the insurance, he successfully negotiated the best settlement for me! I made the decision of hiring Mr. Viduñas after seeing him in court dealing with another case. He got my attention because of the way he was handling that case. After having bad experience with previous lawyers, I was ready to get someone better to handle my custody case. Hiring Mr. Viduñas was the best decision I could’ve ever make, working with Mr. Viduñas was a great experience because he always very professional and dedicated when he was handling my case. He did his research and he is well inform about family laws. I was actually surprise when he contact me on a weekend. That tells me that even on his days off he was working on my case. If I would’ve known about Mr. Viduñas from the beginning, I would’ve hire him so I wouldn’t waste money and time with other lawyers. I will highly recommend Mr. Viduñas because his commitment and dedication exceeded my expectations.

Temporary Child Custody
I retained Kevin Vidunas on a temporary child custody case. I must say Kevin was very sympathetic for me not seeing my daughter's in 3 months. Kevin and his team gave me guidance and told me every Avenue that I needed to take and returned my phone calls promptly as I needed help or had a question. I must say he make sound decisions in the courtroom and will make sure you get what you want our case was a great success I would refer him to anyone.

I highly recommend Attorney Vidunas. I was blindsided in an intersection due to no fault of my own. I underwent surgery after a lengthy hospitalization. The other driver's insurance company refused to offer an adequate settlement for my injuries, which forced me to file a lawsuit. Mr. Vidunas zealously advocated for me through extensive litigation and a lengthy discovery process. When push came to shove, he made sure that i received fair and just compensation. Even after settlement, Attorney Vidunas would negotiate medical bills and resolve billing disputes. He is the best.

Will and Living Will
Kevin did an outstanding job helping me with my Last Will and Testament and Living Will. He is very knowledgeable, and he worked closely with me to make sure everything was covered regarding the estate I will be leaving. If I had any questions, or didn't understand any terminology, he was always available with explanations. He has a very respectful manner. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

Car Accident
After being rear-ended, I thought it was it wouldn't be too complicated for the insurance company to pay for my car and medical bills. After all - I was at a stand-still and the person who rear-ended me was on a cell phone. But, I found out - when you're involved in any kind of car accident you NEED REPRESENTATION. Attorney Vidunas and his staff represented me and my passenger and did a great job. It's a lot of work, a lot of time, and a lot of patience needed to be reimbursed for your car, your medical bills, your time... I was very pleased that Kevin discussed the case with me, answered all my questions, and made me feel I was in good hands. He helped me to get more money from the insurance company so I could replace my vehicle. He helped me and my passenger get the financial reimbursement we needed for our medical bills. I will always be grateful to Kevin.
