Poor communication!!!
I hired her out of many attorneys and she charged me 200 dollars to see me for an hour . All she did was tell me what to sign and not sign , when I emailed or called her and asked for advice she would ignore my calls and emails . She never once contacted my husbands lawyer as she was asked to . I had...

Replied last May 12, 2020I was hired for 1 hr Limited Attorney Representation and gave the advise and written notes during our 1 hour in person meeting. I was NOT retained as her attorney, nor paid any more than the $195 paid for the hour. I also took MANY phone calls/emails beyond my 1 hour of payment (probably 3 hours of my time), and unfortunately she decided that my kindness was permission to demand responses to every difficulty she was having. After the last rude email I received, I kindly reminded her that I was not her attorney and that if she would like for me to be available for her questions that I would need to be retained for my services. She did not want to pay for my time and thinks that I should continue to be on call for free. It is unfortunate that now she has decided to make a false claim on my profile. I am glad that she found Avvo so she can ask for free advice here and get the answers to her questions answered by the great attorneys on this site.

I used this lawyer for my bankruptcy case. She kept in communication with me while I was getting my paperwork together. She thoroughly explained all the steps in the process and the impact on my future credit. I would recommend her to anyone having to file bankruptcy
