Case: 18 YRO speeding 100 in 55 in Oconee county, Ga Events: Went to court by myself and was faced with 30 jail time and hefty fines. Hired Al Tailor from Crawford and Boyle, he postponed the case for 3 years until i was 21, and brought the charges down to 79 in 55. Ended up with just fines,... no jail, no probation, no points Remarks: Great lawyer and great guy. Easy to talk to and takes his job seriously. You can tell he wants to move up from his dedication to every case he takes. At first I was very scared and nervous as it was my first offense and 100/55 at 18 years old is very serious. He reassured me and made me feel comfortable with the case. By the end, I walked in the court with confidence knowing I would walk out just fine. I am a 31year old man who recently got into some legal trouble for the first time. I was arrested for running a red light and DUI. I found Crawford and Boyle online. Called them, and they paired me with Al Tailor. My blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit (.145). I had never been... in any kind of legal trouble before more than a minor speeding ticket. Long story short, Al was nothing short of a champion in the courtroom and in negotiation. His staff was always available and took every call. I followed his instructions to the letter (the judge said he was impressed with everything I did prior to trial) and I would not have known to do anything that ended up helping my sentence if not for Al. The process of a DUI in GA is extremely complicated and scary but I had a plan the whole time thanks to Mr. Tailor. My charge of DUI was dropped to reckless driving and I plead NOLO to running the red light. My fines were literally cut in half thanks to Mr. Tailors negotiation. I made a mistake but the consequences were mitigated drastically thanks to Mr. Tailors knowledge and guidance. I’m still in shock as to how well it went. I will never again go through the horrors of a DUI and strongly recommend first DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE (even like in my case for 2 blocks), but if you do happen to have a human moment, make a mistake, and need legal help (AND YOU WILL!!!) call Al Tailor at Crawford and Boyle immediately!
