Alicia Irene Dearn

Alicia I. Dearn is an experienced trial lawyer and businesswoman. For twenty years, Ms. Dearn has been a trusted advisor for businesses and individuals alike in the areas of business consulting, employment law, political law, real estate, and risk management. She has served as outsourced General Counsel for multiple start-ups and small businesses, national political campaigns, and established mid-cap businesses.

Ms. Dearn has founded multiple small businesses since 2008. She is the founder of a woman‐owned, disabled-owned law firm with offices in Saint Louis, Missouri and San Diego, California, which she grew into a seven-figure business.

In 2012 and 2016, Ms. Dearn served as General Counsel for presidential campaigns for Libertarian Governor Gary Johnson. In 2018, Ms. Dearn represented witnesses before the grand jury in the Mueller investigation. She also served as panel counsel for criminal felony appeals for the Missouri State Public Defender. She has served on several non-profit boards.

As a lawyer, Ms. Dearn handles litigation, class-actions, trials, and appeals. She also provides advice and drafts corporate deals, contracts, and mandatory policies. Ms. Dearn has obtained seven‐figure judgments and settlements, and full defense verdicts, with successful outcomes in over 900 cases to date.

She regularly speaks, publishes, and appears in the media to discuss law, entrepreneurship, politics, and business and employment challenges facing the disabled and women.
