Passman & Kaplan P.C., 2010 - present. I represent plaintiffs in employment discrimination and employment adverse action cases. I specialize in federal sector employment law but handle private sector cases as well.
I have over 30 years of experience in the area of employment and labor law, including over 20 years with the federal government at three different federal government agencies. I worked at the EEOC as an Administrative Judge and Supervisory AJ. I subsequently defended against employment actions at other federal agencies.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RIGHTS, Volunteer Mediator, 2000 - 2009. I conducted mediations in cases of employment, housing, and public accommodation discrimination.
EEOC WASHINGTON FIELD OFFICE MEDIATION PROGRAM, Volunteer Mediator, 2001 - 2005. I participated as a Lead Mediator in co-mediations in public and private sector cases of employment discrimination.
COMMUNITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION CENTER, Volunteer Mediator, 2002 - 2007. I conducted mediations for the Community Misdemeanor Mediation Service in misdemeanor cases and for the Office of Citizen Complaint Review in cases involving citizen complaints against DC police officers.
DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ROSTER OF NEUTRALS, Volunteer Mediator, 2005 - 2007. I conducted mediations and facilitations in employment cases for various DoD components.
