I ve dealt with a lot of attorneys over the past years for diverse matters: real estate transactions, trust formation, etc. I hired Mr. Rasmussen as a precautionary measure concerning a matter in Spokane, Washington. (I live out of State). Aaron has an ability to analyze the factual sequence of a c...ase and then deal with the relevant while dismissing the irrelevant. He has a good logical legal mind. His ability to organize data and then present it in a sequential and convincing letter is exceptional. Mr. Rasmussen is also very conscientious about his clients. Even though my matter was essentially resolved on a relatively frequent basis he would call just to insure that there were no loose ends or any developments that he was not aware of. His fees are reasonable and he is conscientious in returning phone calls. I give him the highest of ratings with regards to being trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable and keeping one informed in that his performance in my matter was absolutely stellar. Even if you are "a real smart cookie" or highly educated, you simply cannot think logically or objectively when it comes to the criminal law arena. Your liberty is by far one of your most valuable of assets and one of the most important to maintain. You need someone that has their "head on straight" and is responsible. I lost 40 pounds in three months worrying about my case and related matters. Without Mr. Rasmussen I'd probably be dead. Having a criminal law matter in your life is the closest thing to a living hell there is.

Hit with yet another Driving While License Suspended (DWLS), facing considerable jail time and thus, the loss of my job, I felt pretty hopeless. I had lost my Driver’s License many years ago and according to the Department of Licensing (DOL), it would be many more before I could have my License rein...stated or even get a Probationary License. As there were no bus routes, carpools, or vanpools to get me to and from my job, I felt cornered into driving without a valid license. That’s when I called Aaron Rasmussen. So, the Hearing itself took a total of about 5 minutes and I was able to get my License back. Aaron also worked with the Prosecuting Attorney and was able to get all charges against me dismissed. When I was unable to leave work to attend the DOL Hearing, Aaron arranged to hold the Hearing over the phone and came to my location, which was far from his Law Office. To me, that was above and beyond his call of duty and renewed my confidence in the Justice System. Now, I can confidently drive without the dreaded fear of getting pulled over, sent to jail, and losing my job, thanks to Aaron. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking an Attorney. He is extremely intelligent, honest, hard working, and very fair.
