Poor work ethic
Did a hatchet job on my trust blamed it on intern never corrected the mistakes/doesn’t return phone calls/very unprofessional would not recommend took close to a year to get it?

Not a Litigator
My Step daughter petitioned for guardianship for my spouse in a thinly veiled money and property grab against her father and me. She won against me even though I am the legal spouse. Replied last May 25, 2021I'm sorry that you feel this way about your case. A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution, I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum. There were procedural limitations as to what evidence we could present since this was a guardianship hearing and you were not the petitioner or respondent. That is North Carolina law. Additionally, there were circumstances outside of our control that ultimately played into the Court's decision.
