The kids are protected via a parenting plan that keeps them safe, while allowing the other parent to regain time with them. Karen was able to continually prove that the other party wasn’t making decisions in the best Interest of the kids. She pulled reports from multiple sources to give us proof. She let me know that some Things I wouldn’t think were important actually were, and she also let me know when I was getting worked up over nothing. The kids are safe and happy, we owe Karen much more than money for everything she has done for us. We will continue to recommend Karen to anyone needing assistance.

Karen is an absolutely amazing lawyer and made my divorce / parenting plan issues be solved so much easier than I could have hoped for. Karen took my case a few years ago and she was better then I could of imagined. She’s exactly what you want in an attorney. She informed me of my options and was realistic about them. Showed me the pros and cons and let me make a decision. Once my decision was made she acted immediately. Setting up a... restraining order, contacting my daughter school to inform them of the situation. The defendant constantly ducked being served papers. Karen had a police office go by her apartment multiple times within a day to make sure it was property served and it was. Karen always responded to phone calls and emails promptly if not right away which is priceless to me. She won my case and set things up so that the defendant could get clean and work to get custody of her daughter if she chose to do so. I can’t say enough good things about Karen. The only negative thing I can say is I was billed for every minute we talked. Which is understandable and way better then the alternative. I’ve had attorneys that give a little free time but were always hard to reach (no thank you). No ones time is free and having an attorney that you can reach pretty much anytime is priceless and I understand having to charge for that. My daughter wouldn’t be the amazing person she is without your help. My daughters mom has a drug and alcohol problem and is Native American decent. I was scared of going to tribal court and losing my daughter even though her mom wasn’t fit to have her. Karen knew exactly what to do the whole time and we didn’t have to go though tribal court.
