Last November someone short stopped in front of my wife and she rear ended them. It was that aweful on ramp where Highway 240 E meets Interstate 182 W. She was cited by the WSP for negligent driving to the sum of about $1000.00. It was a completely unfounded citation. Now I understand that if yo...u rear end someone you will always get the " following to closely ticket". I know this because I am in the towing industry and work collision scenes on a regular basis. When I asked the trooper why she received such an extreme citation he advised me that that was the new WSP policy! I was less than thrilled but knew who to call. Randy Jameson Jr is my go to lawyer and I recommend him to everyone I know. He advised us on how to proceed and even which judges we didn't want to be in front of. When the stars aligned perfectly and Randy was confident we had the best chance of succesd he stopped continuing the case, made his argument and successful picked apart the WSP and their citations. We never had to go to court and just got the phone call that he had all charges dismissed! Never will I call anyone else, he always does right by me.

You always hope that you wont need a defense attorney, but when we needed one- Randy was the best! He is very responsive and worked hard to get an outcome that was beneficial to my son who was under 18. He worked hard to ensure that this wouldn't affect his schooling and athletics. My husband and I have hired Randy on four different occasions to fight our traffic infractions and Randy has not disappointed. Three of the hour times, he was able to get the tickets dismissed. The 4th time, he was able to get the ticket amended to a non-moving violation so it would not affect my ins...urance rates. I've read the other reviews on AVVO and I think what people fail to understand is that Randy is a lawyer and he is a busy man. Yes, sometimes he doesn't respond to calls or emails immediately but he's probably reviewing cases and trying to take care of all his clients. Rest assured that when you hire Randy, you are in good hands.

Mr. Jameson did nothing to assist me with my case. He always mentioned how he used to work for the Prosecutor and how he would try to work out a deal with them, but that was far from the truth. I could never get a hold of him when I tried to contact him. I had to request copies of the documents that ...were presented in my case. He discouraged me from fighting the case at all, even though I had multiple letters of recommendations and the charge was basically a result of the wording of the law. I would have been better off representing myself. I felt Mr. Jameson was lazy and did not want to work for me or my rights. I would never recommend anyone to him if they want a fair shot at defending their rights.
