Last November someone short stopped in front of my wife and she rear ended them. It was that aweful on ramp where Highway 240 E meets Interstate 182 W. She was cited by the WSP for negligent driving to the sum of about $1000.00. It was a completely unfounded citation. Now I understand that if yo...u rear end someone you will always get the " following to closely ticket". I know this because I am in the towing industry and work collision scenes on a regular basis.
