Randy presents well at first, talks about what a fighter he is, not afraid to take cases to trial. Goes on how he took a case all the way to Washington Supreme Court. Randy fails to communicate well, after he has been paid an outrageous amount of money. Won't answer specific, and direct questions,... refuses to return phone calls, and doesn't like to take in person visits, after getting his retainer. Is full of excuses. Doesn't take your concerns seriously. DO NOT HIRE!

Mr. Jameson did nothing to assist me with my case. He always mentioned how he used to work for the Prosecutor and how he would try to work out a deal with them, but that was far from the truth. I could never get a hold of him when I tried to contact him. I had to request copies of the documents that ...were presented in my case. He discouraged me from fighting the case at all, even though I had multiple letters of recommendations and the charge was basically a result of the wording of the law. I would have been better off representing myself. I felt Mr. Jameson was lazy and did not want to work for me or my rights. I would never recommend anyone to him if they want a fair shot at defending their rights.
