Got in a little bit of trouble. First time ever and was was a B.S. charge to begin with. Randy knew how important beating the charge was and got it done. Never quit and took the easy way out. Very good abiut returning emails and calls. Kept me up to date. Good guy to have on your side, but hope... I nvr need him again.lol
