Austin grew up in the State of Wyoming and moved to Argentina shortly after finishing high school. Upon returning to go school he attended BYU-Idaho for his undergrad where he obtained a Bachelor’s in English Literature and a Minor in Spanish Language and Literature. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law where he worked in the Child and Family Legal Advocacy Clinic helping underprivileged families with their cases related to Divorce and Child Custody and interning for a criminal defense attorney.
Legal career history.
Austin splits his time as a family law and criminal defense attorney. It has always been his goal to ensure that clients are able to not only have access to representation but that the representation is the absolute best they can receive. He knows that the legal system can be difficult to comprehend and he works with his clients to help them understand the system and to alleviate the stress and anxiety that comes with going to Court. In addition to criminal and domestic matters, I have represented Water and Improvement Service Districts and clients in civil and probate matters.
Personal life. When I am not working, I enjoy reading new books, camping, and cooking for his wife and children.
