Biography
Shane grew up in Wisconsin, graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Before attending his undergraduate program, Shane served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Provo, Utah. During this time Shane was specifically assigned to work with the Spanish-speaking people. He learned Spanish through this service. He developed a desire to work in Immigration during this time. Shane obtained his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.

Shane’s work covers all areas of immigration law and focuses on family-based cases, U Visas, deportation defense, asylum, and naturalization.
