I'm in the production housing business. I had a prominent area physician who maintained that he had an exclusive easement across my property and even installed an electronic gate that prevented others, including myself from accessing my own property. I was furious and was inclined to take action that... I may later have been proved foolhardy. But I hired Mr. Davidson who both calmed me down, handled the communication and resolved the dispute amicably with the neighbor disassembling the gate.
