I'm in the production housing business. I had a prominent area physician who maintained that he had an exclusive easement across my property and even installed an electronic gate that prevented others, including myself from accessing my own property. I was furious and was inclined to take action that... I may later have been proved foolhardy. But I hired Mr. Davidson who both calmed me down, handled the communication and resolved the dispute amicably with the neighbor disassembling the gate. If my case had not ben postponed so many times I would not have been found innocent . he admitted to me that he is only a general attorney and if not for advise from a colleague at the last minute I would have been found guilty.
