The mother of my child came after my family and I hard. She made accusations against my family, my friends and myself, claiming whatever she could to get full custody of our son and have a ton of restrictions put on me. Before Kiley began representing me for divorce/custody/child support I scheduled a consultation with her in which she spent well over an hour and a half discussing my case with me. She took a lot of time, wrote down notes, and answered all of my questions. Once I decided to hire her and was able to p...ay the retainer she got started on things immediately as she had written down a lot of info at our consult, I felt she wasted no time or money from our initial meeting together. As my case progressed she was always promt on emailing me documents. She is flexible in communication methods she will email, schedule a phone meeting, returns phone calls etc. Her paralegal is also fantastic! The two of them make an incredibly efficient team. Kiley was extremely honest, fair, and perhaps generous in her billed hours as well; deligating tasks that could be done by her paralegal at a lesser amount billed. I was also allowed to do as little or as much on my own as I wanted, however instead of trying to save money I had Kiley and Carla handle a majority of everything as I was so exhausted and stressed I just was not able to. Kiley is very smart, confident, respectable, personable, super organized, professional and she keeps it classy! She DOES NOT "stir the pot" to drag things out like other lawyers. She is very to-the-point in all petitions to court. She is also respected in the legal community. I would hire her again in a heart beat!
