Mark Thomas Dehaven

I found Mark on Yelp and decided to give him a call. He actually answered the phone which is something you do not see too often these days. He was also able to fit me in for a consultation the next day. He answered all of my questions and even took some over e-mail. The parking lot is fairly big, ...and you don't have to worry about meters. If anyone is looking for a bankruptcy lawyer, I would call Mark first.

Mark consistently kept in contact with me during the legal services he provided. I came in for a free consultation and he was very flexible with my payment options. He answered the phone and responded to my emails in a very timely manner. His office in conveniently located with a large parking lot.... Yes, there is in fact free coffee.

Mr. DeHaven and I are not finished, but are just beginning my case and I wanted to give a quick, initial review. I started talking to Mr. DeHaven a couple years ago about my case, and he was very helpful, informative and accurate. Because of my income level as a single parent, he greatly lowered my... retainer so that I was able to very recently, retain his services. He has communicated well--he answers his phone, returns calls, writes emails, and listens to my questions and comments. I am VERY happy so far. (I have worked for a very large firm with over 48 attorney's, so I have an excellent basis for my opinion).

Went in he assured me it was an easy case and said he could change more things than I wanted but I kept it simple. After 2 month we went to court and he lost the case and didn't even have a fighting effort for what I asked for. He was scared of the other lawyer and didn't want to argue with other law...yers.
