Rondi Thorp, Workers compensation Attorney on Oct 24, 2013
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I first met Stephen Meyer when he was opposing counsel and I was an assistant attorney general. Even when we opposed each other I was always impressed that Stephen was so intelligent, professional and well-prepared. He is an amazing attorney. I really wanted to work with Stephen and learn from him since he is so knowledgeable. I consistently ask Stephen for his advice and we work through case strategy together often. Besides his skills as an attorney, he is personable, warm and his clients love him. He genuinely cares about injured people and will go the extra mile to make sure they are well represented. He fights hard for his clients in court and he is an amazing writer. I often ask to read (or borrow) his briefs as his knowledge of workers' compensation law is extensive. He is one of the best workers' compensation attorneys in the state.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Prior to representing injured workers, Mr. Meyer was an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Washington representing the Department of Labor & Industries. I was opposing counsel representing injured workers in several cases in which Mr. Meyer represented the Department of Labor & Industries. Mr. Meyer was always well prepared, diligent, reasonable, and courteous. Mr. Meyer is honest and trustworthy, and well equipped to handle worker’s compensation claims on behalf of injured workers. Mr. Meyer is an experienced and outstanding addition to the plaintiff’s workers compensation community.
