Michael is by far the best Attorney. I went through lots of disabilaty declines prior to seeing Michael. THE SYSTEM IS CONFUSING AND STRESSFUL! Once I hired Michael my world was much CALMER! He knew the EXACT NEXT STEPS to get closer to getting Social Security Disability Insurance. I followed his instructions and gathered all hospital documents, appointment notes.... Michael gave me a form that was not online to the average attorney. The court wants the 3rd party to fill in the form; prior to court. Having my own doctor fill out the form made the job for the 3rd party much easier. In this case the third party ended up using the form filled out directly from my own doctor. It was a concise evaluation from my doctor. That form made all the difference in my review with the Judge; who was tough. We went in knowing we had everything together and just needed to let the Judge and the 3rd party decide. There were no promises because you never know which way the proceedings will go. My court date was in the morning and I was expecting to have my sister and myself testify. In the end the Judge did not need to hear from us. What a relief! Six weeks later I started to receive my benefits. The only thing I would change: going to Michael sooner. The system is designed to decline you the first few times so just knowing that, you can save yourself the stress and hire him. My fee was paid through Social Security Disability, so I did not have to come up with the money.
