Biography
My litigation practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, contract, real estate and land use matters. I have significant patent litigation experience in federal court and inter partes review proceedings with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as well as trademark acquisition and enforcement experience in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition to intellectual property matters, have extensive commercial, real estate, and land use litigation experience in both federal and state court. My goal in every dispute is to fight hard to obtain an efficient and effective resolution.
