Zachary Kent Haveman

Zach Haveman’s practice focuses on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and trademark & intellectual property. Zach holds an undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University and a law degree from Seattle University School of Law.

Zach has been involved in numerous corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions of businesses. He has experience in preparing complex business agreements, such as supply and service agreements and licensing and distribution agreements. Zach advises start-ups and emerging companies on the topics of entity formation, securities, corporate finance, intellectual property and general corporate governance.

Zach also assists clients with identifying, protecting and commercializing their intellectual property. Zach is skilled in creating intellectual property related commercial agreements, including intellectual property licenses, SAAS agreements, joint-development agreements, terms-of-use and privacy policies and more. Zach also regularly assists clients with identifying, protecting and enforcing their trademarks.
