I needed someone to write a will that would distribute my holdings among potentially contentious heirs. After four disappointing consultations, I called an attorney I knew from a prior estate case. (I had been an expert witness.) He referred me to Paul Fitzpatrick.
Mr. Fitzpatrick took the time to understand my situation, explained my options in words and numbers I could understand, simplified the unnecessary complications in my planning, and wrote the will I wanted.
He was accessible, responsive, thorough, patient, and always well prepared. I was in good hands.
I recommend him most highly.

Paul Fitzpatrick made working on estate planning a pleasure, or as close to it as that task is ever going to be. This was our first time making a will, which can be daunting, but Paul patiently guided us through every stage of the process, handling innumerable questions and making sure we understood everything and considered all eventualities. Now that we're done, we feel relieved to have our estate in order and confident going forward, and that is in large measure due to Paul's thoroughness and experience. Likewise, we know that in future when and if changes need to be made, he will be able to guide us through that process as well. We would happily recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Fitzpatrick has been my lawyer for many years. I can't recommend him highly enough. When my father was very ill and I needed a power of attorney immediately, he met with me and had one prepared in less than two hours-exactly what I needed when I needed it. I rely on him to point out any potential problems before I sign any contracts, and he has always given me superb advice.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
