Michael Edward Little

I was referred to Michael Little after having paid out thousands of dollars to an attorney that had done very little for me and was unresponsive to my questions and concerns. Mr. Little helped me with a Domestic Relations Order and followed it through until it was resolved with a minimal cost to do... so.

Custody cases aren't easy. Deciding to sue my step-daughter for custody of our Grandson was incredibly difficult. We started with an unethical, incompetent, unavailable, mean-spirited attorney, and switched to Mr. Little once we got shed of the first one. He picked up the case in the middle and ad...justed his fee to account for the work already done. He immediately provided us with his personal cell number, and we never failed to reach him whenever needed. He was prompt about returning calls and e-mails, fair in his billing, honest in his assessment of our situation and attentive in hearing us out, addressing our concerns and presenting our case. I think the most important thing was that he was completely professional while remaining compassionate and diplomatic in dealing with people who love each other, but are, unfortunately having to hurt each other deeply. When interacting with our stepdaughter, who represented herself, he was considerate and not at all antagonistic. He found a way to negotiate a settlement that met all of our needs, and that frankly, I never dreamed that she would accept. He was willing to accept payments on the balance of our bill, and overall, we feel he did an outstanding job on our case. Another review stated he was unavailable and unfamiliar with her case. We felt exactly the opposite, to the extent that I can't help wondering if the person who wrote that review has confused Mr. Little with a different attorney. I'd personally have no hesitation about going back to him for help, should the need arise.

after working with his legal assistant for 8 months I had never met him but it was time for court when i met him at the courthouse he asked me what i was going to do and say I responded to him I am going to say nothing you are my laywer you are suppose to reresent me .... he instantly got defensive a...nd rude so I asked him why did I hire you ? he said let's start this over so we did he knew nothing about my case I did get a tempoary order set in place cost me over $2000.00 I would not reccomend this lawyer if he was the last one availble on earth
