When Trustee Refuses Accounting Transperancy

If you are up against corrupt Doctors and Lawyers who need to hide bank statements I highly recommend Max Archer to assist in the matter. He knows Washington State Law and presents your case with crystal clarity. Even more importantly he holds his own moral standards and will not stoop to their ...unethical tactics. It is nice to find an attorney with such strong ethics, confidence and knowledge.

Medical Practice

Last year I started my private practice as a Naturopathic Physician. I felt incredibly overwhelmed by the legal side of setting up a medical practice. Max assisted me throughout this process, and I don’t know what I would have done without his guidance. He taught me what I didn’t know I needed to kno...w in order to set up a successful practice. Max helped me write my consent forms and financial agreements, ensuring they clearly defined my role and the limitations of my scope as a licensed provider. Max is quick to respond to my questions and spends time not only researching the topics that arise, but takes the time to explain confusing concepts so that I feel more empowered in my choices. I recommend Max’s expertise to anyone seeking legal advice. He’s been an enormous asset in my business and I’m grateful to have him on my team.

Client

I've had the pleasure of working with Max for a few legal matters over the course of the last couple of years. His council and responsiveness undertaking the issues at hand has been stellar. Max is genuine and conscientious and consistently makes me feel as if my business is his top priority, while... being gracious with his time and with mine alike. Max is very intelligent, steadfast, and motivated to get things handled quickly and professionally and the results have been apparent. I plan to continue to use Max anytime I need legal council and I would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Maximillian to the Rescue

Max assisted me during a very difficult time last year. He was professional, very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel valued, important and provided me with the assistance I needed to understand the legal vernacular of various contracts. I would recommend him to... anyone and everyone, he works incredibly hard and will be your best advocate.

Relationship: Friend

"As a former classmate of Max, I got the chance to witness his brilliant legal mind firsthand in an academic setting as he and I collaborated on multiple assignments in school and had many classes together. He is an excellent advocate, both in oral arguments and in motion practice. To this day, whenever I face a challenging legal matter, I always reach out to Max first to pick his brain and he always provides brilliant insights. Unlike a lot of lawyers, Max is genuinely passionate about practicing law, which is evident in the quality of his work product. He goes above and beyond in advocating for his clients and is the hardest working lawyer that I know. Whenever a client or a close friend is looking for a lawyer in Washington, I wholeheartedly and unequivocally always recommend Max to him or her. I would trust Max with a “bet-the-company” case in a heartbeat as I know that he will work tirelessly to obtain the most favorable outcome for his clients."
