It was suggested by our original estate planning attorney that Kjirstin update our estate plan. I found her very easy to communicate with via email and phone. Her answers were detailed and prompt. As we progressed, we kept adding more moving parts so that in the end it became pretty complex. My wife and I retained Kjirstin to update our will and power of attorney for health care and financial. Our circumstances had change since writing the last will. Kjirstin was extremely helpful in making sure all our desires were met in the will. She made sure we understood each area and the reason...s for the new will being much more "wordy" than the old one!

Kjirstin was extremely helpful in re-writing several trusts that had been previously establish to take into consideration all relevant changes in trust tax law. She made numerous suggestions which were both thoughtful and relevant given both, the changes in the tax code thereby protecting the trusts ...from potential challenges from any tax court and changes in our objectives in establishing the trusts in the first place.. Additionally, she advised my wife and me on establishing a Living Trust for all of the various assets we own for probate protection and minimization of tax liability stemming from inheritance issues. Her work was both timely and cost efficient and as a result we would highly recommend her to others and will continue to use her when needed.

Kjirstin was recommended by a relative to prepare wills and Power of Attorney for Financial and Health Care decisions. My wife and I had wills prepared about eight years earlier in another state and felt it was important to update our Wills and Financial/Health Care Directives. Upon the death of my stepfather we retained Ms. Graham in Spokane to assist with the closing of his estate. I do not live in Spokane and as POT it was very important that I be kept informed of the progress of the estate. I received regular emails from both Ms. Graham and her assistant. The closin...g of the estate was done in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism. Once the estate was closed, We requested that Ms. Graham met with my mother and assisted her with an updated will. My mother is 90 and it is difficult to take her to an appointment as well as physically difficult for my mother to visit the law office. Ms. Graham and her assistant visited my mother in her place of residence and finalized her wishes for her new will. I would recommend Ms. Graham for any estate planning or elder law assistance. I enjoyed my interactions with her and her assistant and found them to be efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to the needs of the family.
