Review of John Ray Nelson, Spokane, WA

I put a residential house up for sale in September. An offer was made but the realtor prepared a disclosure that did not accurately reflect the sale offer. The purchaser refused to allow a correction. John worked through the problem with the real estate company and kept me fully informed of each p...osition and issue. After a few weeks, and some intense negotiations, the real estate company made an acceptable offer to resolve the issue. John was completely professional at every step, and very firm in demanding a fair resolution. He was clearly on top of the legal issues involved and I felt I was extremely well represented. I would choose John again for any litigation or negotiation should I need legal advice or formal representation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
