Jay E. Leipham is an outstanding attorney. I could not have found a more qualified, knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding attorney anywhere. Mr. Leipham is a true person. You can communicate with him without being judged. You can disagree and still be on the samepage wih the same goals. Being paralyzed was the worst thing and still is imagineable that could have happened in my life. He helped me. He worked continuously on my case searching for the best opportunities. Jay E.leipham is a 5 star attorney. My case went on for a very long time. It was a very difficult time and I firmly Jay did everything he could to help me.

In March of 2004, Blue Book Publishing LLC established itself in business as a publisher of Yellow Pages directories. The members of the LLC were all former employees of TransWestern Publishing LLC. Shortly after opening our doors, TWP engaged a huge attorney firm and sued Blue Book alleging no less than six (6) illegal acts by Blue Book. Due to the nature and scope of the litigation, the case was filed and heard in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington (Spokane).
Jay took our case, orchistrated the efforts of a small defense team and fought for us. Even though Jay was out-manned and out-financed, he believed in his clients' position of innocence and pursued our defense with vigor. The court found "no harm, no foul" and the case was closed.
Long story short, Jay Leipham is singlehandedly responsible for Blue Book Publishing LLC's existence and current status as the dominant phone directory in markets now shared with Yellow Book USA (successor to TransWestern Publishing LLC).
