I've handled injury cases of all magnitudes and varieties: death; quadriplegia; paraplegia; brain injury; orthopedic injuries to backs, necks, ankles, feet, extremities; auto collisions, pesticide exposures, defective products, carbon monoxide poisoning, negligent lineman training, dog bite, highway design, governmental negligence (snow/ice removal), slip/trip & fall and others.

I've handled diverse defective product claims, including defective tie-rod; SUV; car seat; gas grill; grain tarp; rental lift; wire strand; orthopedic medical devices.

Most cases involve insurance issues of some sort. In addition, I've handled cases where the case centered on insurance coverage, including environmental clean-up issues, agricultural pollution and various auto and homeowner insurance coverage cases.

Actually, 95% or more of my practice is litigation, but most of it is personal injury and product liability. But I've handled some cases outside that category, including some employment law cases, various business law issues, injunction matters, non-competition agreement breach cases, trade secret cases, etc.
