Speeding tickets

Great Attorney

I received a ticket as a result of reporting another officer. The ticket was issued in response to what the state deemed as following to close. I believed it to be in retaliation and called Grant Riva. I explained my side, gave him my discovery and asked that he represent me regardless of what the... courts may come back with. I only wanted to contest. He said "ok" and it was cut and dry. The day of court, I did not expect to come out the way I did, but Grant none the less, approached the hearing as I had expected. A win is a win no matter how you look at it. Grant Riva was a great attorney. He took on my case and got me what I was asking for from the beginning. Just to be clear, I paid Grant more (intentionally) than what the citation fee was, but it was principle I was fighting back against. I felt my moral obligation was to not give the state anything for something I didn't do. Grant recognized that and quoted me his fees and I was thrilled that while I was paying more than just paying the traffic infraction, it was still very reasonable and I would use him again if the need were to ever arise.

Great Attorney!

Grant was a pleasure to work with he took my case and explained the whole process to me and advise me of what the next steps would be when the time came he was able to get my ticket dismissed and handled everything wonderfully.
