I’m a long haul truck driver and grant Riva was assigned to my case through tvc pro driver for a 11 over and no truck lane use citation, did not call before court date nor get back to me after, I found out what he accomplished for me at court through mail from my Secretary of State letting me know th...at I was convicted of two minor traffic citations and in Illinois after 2 moving violations a 3rd is an automatic 6 months suspended or revoked license so thank you grand Riva for failing to keep a drivers 100% clean mvr CLEAN! The speeding ticket was reduced from 11 to 5 that’s pathetic. Also to add insult to injury I called and did speak to Riva on the phone about the mail I received and he conveyed to me he didn’t know my licensed state operated that way with moving violations and said he would re negotiate with prosecutor for the speeding citation to be completely dropped needless to say he contacted tvc and gave them the final result of my case and did not keep his word and has ignored my calls since.
