Biography
I have an active land use and real property practice, primarily focused in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Over the last few years my practice has involved representing lenders and investors in foreclosures of commercial projects. This work has expanded my understanding not only of the legal aspects related to the use and development of real estate, but also real estate financing, title insurance and numerous other issues that arise in real estate secured transactions.
This year my firm, Winston & Cashatt, Lawyers, expanded its Coeur d' Alene office giving us a comfortable and convenient place to work and meet with our north Idaho clientele. We look forward to seeing you there!
