My husband and I saw Carol, first with regard to our own estate planning and then with regard to his parents, who are in their 80s and 90s with declining health issues (using a power of attorney). Her staff was very kind and Carol Hunter was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable and compassionate. She is very down to earth and explains things in a way we can easily understand. I'd recommend her a million times over. (Also, I'd much rather have a busy, in-demand attorney rather than one who can get me in the same day (or week) and deliver sub-par service.)
Carol Hunter represented our disabled elderly uncle in a guardianship case. We handled most of the required annual reporting and had her review the documents and submit to the court. It was reassuring to have an experienced person to help us with the often confusing and changing reporting requirements. She provided helpful advice and referrals to other professionals who helped us in other aspects of the guardianship.

Wonderful, Caring attorney
Carol may be hard to get in to see sometimes, but most good attorneys should be, because they are so good, they are in high demand; she is well worth the wait! Carol Hunter took an honest, caring, interest in my situation and came up with a solution tailored to my needs and goals. The staff are all helpful and kind and the building is a sight to behold!I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Best Lawyer
I have known many attorneys in this type of field and Carol is by far the best of the best. She is honest, acts with integrety and character that is unparalleled in this community. Carol is, without a doubt, the best in her field.

Wills
She wrote a will that wasn't beneficial or looking out for my interests. Also, it wasn't well written and seemed to contain mistakes when reviewed by other attorneys. Actually she wrote two wills--one for my husband and one for me. She didn't seem that capable and was unable to go through the probate process due to a time conflict, possibly. I wouldn't recommend her especially if you have a small will or estate.
