Brandon West

Brandon West represented me on my case. I was looking at some serious time in the begging. I feel like another layer would have tried to get me into making a deal. Brandon right from the begging after he heard my side told me we had this beat and I didn't need to worry. I couldn't be happier with the... outcome of my court case. In the end we got a stipulated sentence to where I had to stay out of trouble for 6 months and the whole case would be expunged from my record. Which I completed without a problem. If my case would have went the other way it could have messed my whole life up. I owe a huge thank you to Brandon West for helping me through this nerve racking process. He deserves 6+ stars for how well he handled my case.

BRANDON WEST IS THE REAL DEAL! I cannot recommend this man highly enough. I had an outstanding warrant stretching back several years for a traffic-related incident. A warrant was issued for leaving the state while still under summary probation. I work in the legal profession in California and have a ...good understanding of the judicial system, both here and in Washington. I hired an attorney with whom I had success with in the past: big mistake. He tried to fight the case for over 5 months and did nothing but waste my time and aggravate the DA’s office. I spoke with other attorneys in Spokane and all of them made me feel uneasy. In short, the unspoken message from them was: “I’m smart, you’re dumb, this is a scary position you’re in, give me your money.” I did research on AVVO, saw Brandon, and gave him a call. From the first conversation, I could tell this guy was legit. He showed me respect, didn’t inflate the matter or use scare tactics, etc. BRANDON LITERALLY GOT THE ENTIRE CASE DROPPED AND MY WARRANT CLEARED IN ONE DAY WITHOUT ME HAVING TO APPEAR IN PERSON! I paid him twice what he charged because I was so impressed! And by the way, Brandon charged a fraction of the price any other attorney was asking for. Brandon was very professional and courteous, down to earth and overall a stand up lawyer. He was up front that he didn't think I would be able to defer my ticket given that it was in a school zone, which I really appreciated his honesty about. But then he got it deferred with a fee anyway! He called ...me immediately after hearing from me via Avvo and always responded promptly to my emails. I hope I never have to use him again, but if I do I will certainly choose him again!
