Until my last breath, I will sing the praises of this man and his AWESOME staff!!! Mine was a divorce/custody case that should be a 'made for TV mini series'. I had a previous attorney that was not looking out for my best interests....all he wanted was for the case to be a quick paycheck. As things... progressed and got ugly, I was referred to Bevan by many people. After talking to Lexie and telling her my situation, I immediately had an appointment with Bevan. He listened, could not believe the situation, but agreed to take my case. I don't think he could imaging the fight that would ensue. He was always professional and patient. He truly showed caring and concern. He was Angel #1.... His paralegal, Carrie, was my God-sent Angel #2....There are not enough words to express my appreciation for all the help, patience, "counseling" and education this angel gave me, lovingly. In a serious court battle that went way beyond simple divorce and custody issues and into criminal and civil actions (my ex), Bevan and his staff are who I needed the most. Simply put, if you're in the fight of your life you need the biggest, baddest bulldog on your side!!! I had it, hands down, no questions!!!!

I hired Bevan as he came highly recommended and his family has a great name in Spokane. From the beginning he seemed to only be interested in money. I paid him $3500.00 to help with a child custody case. Not once did he ever act in a proactive manner to help the case along. I had to tell him and his ...assistant when and where the court hearings should be and what needed to be done. Lexie his assistant never answers emails or calls back. She acts as if she better then everyone and that any questions you might have a just a nuisance to her precious time. After 1 week of no answer to calls or emails I went to the office to only be scolded by her for showing up without permission even though I had paid $3500.00 to fight my case. My case was never treated as a priority and Bevan would always reschedule due to other cases being more important. I had to argue that I would not reschedule for the 4th time to actually get him to show up. He kept rescheduling with no regards for the time I was missing with my child. In the end he did absolutely not for my case and stated that I owed him money. He charged me $3500.00 for him to show up to court 3 times and file papers 3 times and have my ex served. We had to type all of the statements and do all of the leg work and research to prove my ex's lies. He claimed to have a good re-poor with the judge but it was very apparent that he did not. He would show up to court with absolutely no idea what was transpiring and needed me to fill him in with only 3 minutes till court started. In my opinion he is very unprofessional and is only concerned with getting your money.

I first met Bevan and his legal assistant Lexie back in 2002. Because of some choices I had made I needed a defense attorney. I had heard from friends that Bevan was the best. I am very happy I listened to them, they were right Bevan and his legal assistant Lexie are the best. And the charges associa...ted with this case were dropped. Now let’s fast forward 10 years. I was going through a divorce. So I called Lexie (I had called her every year on July 14th to let her know that I was still doing good) I told her I was in need because my husband wanted a divorce. She set up an appointment and we proceeded. Bevan and Lexie were both always willing to help and answer my questions. Divorce is hard but in my opinion mine ended well, it was nice to have them on my team. Bevan was also used for defense for my daughter’s as well, and like with my case 11 years ago we are very happy with the outcome. I felt very secure knowing my children were in the hands of the best. I have most recently hired Bevan for the 3rd party custody of my 2 grandchildren. Again I am grateful for the support I have with them. I know that I and my family are in good hands. When we need them Bevan and Lexie are the best!! And we did get the 3rd party action for my grand children.
