After exhausting searches for an attorney who would have helped us to resolve a criminal/civil case, we finally were able to locate Bevan Maxey, who worked tenaciously over a period of at least 9 months to bring our case to a final resolve - dismissed with no prejudice. We consulted too many attorn...eys prior to speaking with Bevan and have to admit that he was the only one who actually calmed us down assuring us that he will bring us to a finish line. Other attorneys (prior to our conversation with Bevan) simply created too much confusion or tried to simply scare us. It took Bevan 9 months of work... The results? Bevan is a really fantastic attorney. I originally hired him because of his reputation in the Spokane area for being a man of integrity and true to it, at every turn, people like Bevan because he treats them with respect and kindness. Bevan is kind-hearted, tells it to you straight and comes to cou...rt prepared to fight for you. He can sometimes be short and to the point, but it's because he doesn't want to waste your time. My favorite thing about Bevan though is that he's honest - he presents your case the best that he can, but he doesn't lie and he doesn't stretch the truth in order to do it. Bevan and Holly worked together on my case to make sure that my concerns were addressed and that everything was in order. I especially appreciate that Holly takes the required time to proof-read court documents, as she found a lot of "errors" the opposing attorney had put into the proposed court documents for our case. Holly was able to change the document wording to be accurate before the documents were filed and created a mess. Lexie (another paralegal, I believe) is also amazing - she provides super fast responses and detailed answers to questions you may have. I have hired Bevan and Holly twice to handle my many legal proceedings and am thankful to have them in my corner.
