Andrea M Poplawski

I would like to take a minute to share my thoughts about Andrea Poplawski. Andrea has been my attorney since 2013, and I recommend her to everyone. My case is very complicated and difficult, and Andrea continually shines through. This woman knows her stuff! Nothing gets past her. She is extremel...y knowledgable and available. Andrea genuinely cares. And that means the most to me. If I have an issue or question and send her an email she is quick to resond every time. Andrea is a wonderful person which makes her the amazing attorney she is! She is strong in her morals and believes in truth and honesty. I admire her vey much. She is dedicated to helping women who find themselves placed in unhealthy, unjust, painful, and even dangerous situations. Andrea stands for truth and justice. And she will fight for your rights. When I met Andrea I liked her no nonsense, strait forward aggressive approach to my case. It was a divorce case , but it was also a child custody case, domestic violence, fraud and a child support case. It quickly became complicated by my ex's viable threats to kill me, him stalking and harassing me ...and breaking into my house. Andrea and her wonderful assistant helped me navigate the court system and giving me some peace of mind wtih a restraining order, multiple contempt charges against my ex, and a judgement for past child support he owed. Andrea was consistently on her "A" game when we showed up for court hearings, my ex and his attorneys scrambled on many occasions trying to keep up with her as she hammered them with case law and state statutes. Andrea is an excellent attorney, she enjoys a good challenge and raises the bar every time she enters the court room. When I realized I was going to need help with my unstable ex I researched the top attorneys in Spokane and interviewed all of them. I was unimpressed with most of them as their arrogance and pompous personalities were of no use to me in my case. When Andrea and I sat down to discuss the labyrinth of my divorce case she seemed very capable and interested in taking on the multiple challenges my case presented. Andrea was always prepared for court and had me prepared for court as well. She and her assistant did a great job communicating with me what to expect and documents that were needed. I would definately use Andrea again and would recommend her above the other "top" attorneys in Spokane she did a great job!

Getting a divorce was intense to say the least. I have two children and was married for 20 years. How would I ever choose a lawyer? Well, I saw an advertisement for Andrea and gave her a call. As soon as I sat and told her my situation, I felt as if a friend was listening and was set on fighting for ...me! Fight is an understatement. With Andrea my case was entered and closed with in 5 months! She made that period of life a lot less painful. Friends told me nightmares about their divorce, but hiring Andrea, I felt at ease. I don't really know where to start, with how extremely impressed I was with Mrs. Poplawski. She handled, managed and out smarted the other side during my 2 year child custody battle, like she was General Patton in WWII. Her knowledge of the Washington state law is second to none, and her no fear att...itude to litigate in the courtroom is a talent & specialty, I feel she has over any other family law attorney, especially the previous 2 attorneys I had to fire from my case. I came into this litigation with a positive and optimistic attitude that I would get the proper representation I deserved, and Mrs. Poplawski far exceeded my expectations, to the point I have referred anyone I know, male or female to go see her first before their spouse does. My final outcome was that I received the parenting plan I wanted, I now see my 2 amazing kids 50% of the time, I get to have holidays and can now travel with them and share life experiences I would of missed out doing with them, I believe if I did not hire aggressive, hardworking and skillful representation finally on my third and final attorney. I hope I never need another family law attorney again but I know without a doubt if I do I will hire Mrs. Poplawski. She is the definition of a Professional, and will not back down to any opposing attorney. I think sometimes she feels the world is against her after reading her bio. about the challenges and obstacles she dealt with during becoming an attorney, but I think she LOVES THE ODDS!!!
