Whitman County

Absolutely not! If Mr Martonick represents you as a Public Defender, be on your toes. He is sloppy and ill prepared. He cancels meetings and never takes phone calls. If you are being tried in Whitman County then get a different lawyer. He will agree with everything the PA says at the same time say he... is representing you. He follows the rules of the bar association but that's it. He can't be disbarred for being a sloppy lawyer so he can't be reproached. I have a new lawyer who is now focusing on his past performance as a public defender. She will be highlighting his sloppy performance during the appeal. And it's all in the transcripts.
