Jenna Lynn Brozik

Jenna Brozik has been our attorney since 2015. She successfully represented us in two child support / post secondary cases and one case where the ex-wife refused to share family photos, claiming they were missing. We watched her stand up to three different lawyers in front of Judge Frasier and Judg...e Libey and she won every case! She's very confident and knows case law very well. Our last case, she had to respond to the apposing lawyer's last minute 20 page declaration received at 4pm the day before court hearing. She worked on it all evening and early morning, communicating with us and successfully submitting our declaration on-time. Her prices are very affordable! Jenna was recommended to us by a single mom who had difficulties with her ex-husband and child custody. She won that case and has a very good reputation in this area. We are also proud that she represented us all three times, whereas the apposing party hired a different lawyer each time. Jenna takes care of her clients and is time efficient.

I have been using Jenna for about two years now and I have really enjoyed working with her. She has been passionate about helping me, has been easy to contact, and she's comfortable to communicate with. Her front desk assistant, Linda, has always been a pleasure to talk with as well. Since using Je...nna, I have had multiple court hearings that have all gone majority in my favor. Two of which my ex has been held in contempt for breaking elements of our parenting plan. My ex can be a very trying individual and I've never heard Jenna say anything that would be considered unprofessional. In one example my ex actually got in Jenna face, accusing Jenna of things that weren't true. Jenna's response was to tell the other lawyer that my ex needed to leave the room and an apology should be also be in order. I would happily recommend using Jenna and, to no fault of her's, I will keep using her.
