I had never had to retain a lawyer before contacting Jenna. At age 63 a very dear friend committed suicide and asked in her suicide note that I be contacted to handle her affairs. She died intestate. Over the course of the next six months Jenna was always available to offer advise, calm my anxiety, and guide me through the complexities of the probate process. When the process ended she assisted me in finding a CPA with long experience in the tax implications of the probate process. It’s now been three years since I first met Jenna. I’ve relied on her legal knowledge and expertise to work through several issues that arose related to the original probate case. I’ve also recommended Jenna to friends and family in Washington state who seek an attorney for estate planning, family law, and other areas of her law practice. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenna Brozik on an estate dispute in which Jenna represented me. We had to go to court several times and she is a very good litigator. Jenna Brozik has been our attorney since 2015. She successfully represented us in two child support / post secondary cases and one case where the ex-wife refused to share family photos, claiming they were missing. We watched her stand up to three different lawyers in front of Judge Frasier and Judg...e Libey and she won every case! She's very confident and knows case law very well. Our last case, she had to respond to the apposing lawyer's last minute 20 page declaration received at 4pm the day before court hearing. Jenna was able to take a complicated international divorce and make the paperwork simple and uncomplicated for me, she managed to make it affordable by working many hours on her own time.
