Ms. Heritage is the defender of justice

Ms. Heritage recently represented me in a DUI case and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and a defender of justice. Ms. Heritage goes to the ropes for her clients and tackles each case in a unique and individual way. I had the opportunity to observe her... in court representing several other individuals while I was waiting for my case to be heard, and it was very clear she was well liked and respected by all she was representing that day. I cannot thank her enough for the successful and just outcome in my case.

Speeding ticket dismissed!

After a year of battling the court, Heritage's office was successful in getting my case dismissed. I can't say I enjoyed the process and the time it took, but hard to argue with the result! My ticket was in Lower Kittitas County, which is notorious for speed traps.

The length of time involved in your case was caused because the court was backed up and taking a long time to hear cases. Further, my office filed motions to get this dismissed. It was more than just a court appearance by me. Thank you for your input.

Very Good Experience, Excellent Results

Hired in April 2014 to fight a speeding ticket from the State Patrol. She responded to my inquire very quickly and was very clear about what to expect and the possible outcomes of my case. Today (6/12/2014) I was informed that my case was dismissed.This was a very good experience with an outstanding ...outcome. Heritage law is worth every penny I paid and if necessary will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Efficient Handling of Speeding Ticket in Eastern Washington

I was caught in a speed trap in Royal City on my way to Mom's Weekend at WSU...they must have ticketed hundreds of people that day. My speeding ticket was handled quickly and efficiently by the Heritage Law Group. They obviously know the letter of the law and they were able to have my ticket dismisse...d. Very thankful I made the choice to contest the ticket with them!

Case Dismissed!

I received a speeding ticket when traveling from the Seattle area to Idaho to visit my mom. This was the first week-end my mom had been alone since my Dad passed away very unexpected. My mind was with her. As I got off I-90 the speed limit reduced but in a fairly new to me car I wasn't aware that ...i was going way over the limit when going up the hill. The ticket could have been much worse, I felt very fortunate. I was concerned for my insurance and decided to hire Heritage Law to help as I do not live in that area. I'm so thankful I did. The court date was out a little longer than I thought it would be so I was a bit anxious, but the day I got the email.... Case Dismissed - I forgot about the wait time. Thank you SO much for taking care of this for me. The cost to hire them was VERY reasonable when compared to the price of the ticket and possible insurance increase. I will definitely refer them when given the opportunity.
