Biography
Mr. Maxwell graduated from the University of Washington in 1984 with an undergraduate degree in economics. In 1987 he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University). He is a member of the Washington State and Federal Bar Associations. He is also authorized to practice in the Yakama Nations Tribal Court. Mr. Maxwell coaches youth ice hockey and inline hockey and has been a past board member and president of the Montessorri Society of Yakima.
